King County
Felony Defense in King County
King County felony cases are split between two courthouses. Under the county’s local criminal rules, cases from north of Interstate 90, plus Seattle, Bellevue, Issaquah and Mercer Island, are assigned to the King County Courthouse in Seattle. Most cases from south of I-90 go to the Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent.

Every felony case in Snohomish County, from Bothell’s Canyon Park to Arlington, is filed by the Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney and heard at the Snohomish County Courthouse in downtown Everett.
